Grace is a member of the PTA and volunteers at school events. When Grace isn't working or volunteering she enjoys spending time with her husband Davis, her children and nephews, relaxing with her two cats, Sheba and Smudge, or just reading a good book.
Jimmy is the newest addition to our office staff having joined British American Auto Care in December, 2014. Before joining us Jimmy spent some time in the military, but most recently worked in the hospitality industry. As a result, he comes to us with quite a bit of experience in delivering outstanding customer service. Jimmy loves art, and his hobbies include drawing, painting, singing and making people laugh.
Ethel has been at British American Auto Care for over 7 years. She was raised in Alabama and moved to Maryland as a newlywed. She has two grown daughters and an adoring husband. Ethel enjoys reading and exercising. She hopes to one day take a trip to Hawaii.
Mike has been a customer of British American since the 1980s. After retiring from the Defense Department, Mike was looking for a part-time job at the same time we were looking for a courtesy van driver. Mike has lived in the Columbia area for over 40 years and enjoys traveling, reading and physical fitness.
Before joining British American Auto Care early in March of 2014, Tom worked as a Digital Design Engineer for Arrow Electronics. In his spare time Tom enjoys biking to stay healthy as well as working around the yard. He’s been enjoying getting to know all the British American Auto Care customers.
