Q. What time does the shuttle run? A. The first shuttle to leave is at 8:00 am everyday. The second shuttle usually leaves around 9:00 am, when the first shuttle run is finished (time depends on amount of customers and locations) 8:00-12:45 and 2:15 to 5:30 Q. Where does the courtesy shuttle go? A. North to Ellicott City, South to North Laurel, East to NSA and West to Clarksville. Q. Does the courtesy shuttle pick up in the afternoon? A. Yes, please call by 3:00 to schedule a time. Please advise driver in the morning if you will need a pick up in the afternoon. Q. Does the courtesy shuttle run in inclement weather? A. Please call ahead to see if shuttle is operating the day of your appointment. The safety of our customers and driver is most important to us. Thank you for your understanding if the shuttle is not operating. Q. Is there a charge for getting a ride in the shuttle? A. No, there is no charge. We ask for your understanding that we may not be able to guarantee you a ride with every service. We will do our best to accommodate everyone. Q. Do you have children’s car seats in the shuttle? Q. Do small kids need a car seat in the van?
