With almost 30 years in the auto service industry, Zane's had plenty of time to indulge his love of all things related to cars. He joined British American in 2013, attracted by how much they care about their customers and how much they value "family time". As a service adviser and manager, Zane has had experience with all types of cars from Mini Cooper and Nissan to luxury and exotic brands like Mercedes Benz, BMW, Porsche, Ferrari and Lamborghini. When he's not spending time with other auto enthusiasts, he enjoys spending time with his family.
Brady is the newest addition to our team of service advisers. A newlywed, he and his wife Chelsea married in September of 2014 and honeymooned in Hawaii. They enjoy spending time with their puppy Dex, a mixed Pitbull/French Bull dog. Brady is a huge Orioles fan, and he's also a Redskins fan [even though he doesn’t like to admit it]. He joined British American after working over ten years as a service advisor at a dealership.
Rob technically "retired" in 2010, but fills in when Brian, Zane or Brady are on vacation. He started working with us in 1981! Rob is interested in reading and motor sports. He also loves walking, riding his bike and travelling to other countries.
