For years Brian has been researching new business software. IT folks don't be too shocked, but up until very recently they were using a DOS based system - not through choice, but because there was nothing better available. But now, a new software program has been purchased and installed. It will make their operation more stream lined and efficient. As a customer you should not notice any difference, except your invoice and other paperwork may look a little different. But, it will still include all the repair and preventative maintenance detail you have come to expect.
